WebRDS and Temporary profiles. I seem to be at a loss, especially because my Event Log gives the typical 1511 ID, even though I don't see the profile in the registry. What reasons would there be as to why this user has a temp profile every time they use RDS? I'm sure I'll fix it soon, but what causes this to happen? 3 13 13 comments Add a Comment WebMay 2, 2024 · Try removing the temporary profile from Advanced System Properties: Go to Control Panel => System => Advanced System Properties => Advanced => User Profiles => Settings. Delete all profiles with Type defined as TEMP. Remove all temporary use profiles from the ProfileList in Regedit. Open Regedit:

I've installed the Teams Machine-Wide installer on RDS which works a treat, all user when first logged in get Teams push into their AppData (on the UPD) and loaded at first logon. WebAug 28, 2024 · If you need to resolve this live then have the user log off ; disable log on to all of your hosts ; browse to HKLM.Software>Microsoft NT>Current Version>Profilelist and look at the entries with a .bak , if you click on them it will show the user who that relates to. Delete this and any other entry with that user name the re-enable log ins.
