WebAug 1, 2024 · Everybody can use LB, but only one person who can execute it at time. The LB bar is a shared resources. So if you use it first, others cannot use it until the bar is filled again. Its situational, as you need to see who has the priority to use it. If everybody is dying, healer can use LB. At 2 or 3 bars full I think, healer can ressurect everybody.
