They do seem to be more noticeable on the fingers and toes. These patches often look like "targets" (dark circles with purple-grey centers). WebThe first (transient) early phase usually does not require any treatment, and frequently subsides before any therapy can be started. The second erythema phase (if correctly recognized) usually requires some prescription medication. One of the most popular therapies is Aloe Vera, given in lotion or ointment form.
