I went with the community midwives at Nundah (no waiting time for appointments) and gave birth in the Birth Suite at RBWH in June 2024. I had a great experience and will do it all exactly the same with my 2nd pregnancy (I'm 12 weeks pregnant). The Birth Suite was fantastic, modern - felt like a nice hotel room.
